Honestly I don't think there's much point to adding new weapons. I think time would be better spent on balancing our current weapon selection, if you want a variety of weapons to be used.

I'm all for this more than anything else. All we see is the bastard sword, greatsword and rapier(?).

On that note, can anyone tell me what the epic halberd actually does? Tried it on test dummies and it just made some vfx and added a bunch of +0 dmg effects to my next attack, and don't want to make an epic halberdier just to try it.

The halberd casts gsanc . Works just like normal gsanc afaik

The ab malus still exists. No spell failure though.

You should know that altering baseitems.2da without hak is extremely dangerous and wrong idea. Any player without this 2da gets game crash when he will see this weapon in shop or in someone other's hand. That would basically mean that you would add hak as noone could play without it.

EDIT: and not just 2da, also player needs all models and textures used by each of those weapons

Rather re-add throwing weapons.
